To introduce information for service in FE & HE for Deaf learners.

Ask if they are aware of some service available & suitable in FE & HE. Show some example of support workers from internet.

 

Use internet to obtain information from local college and university websites and paste some work on A4 & print.

To receive knowledge about suitable and available service for their future study.

To ensure that the Deaf workers aware of DDA at studies or work place.

Explain that there is access for ‘Disability Discrimination Act’ on website. To show some example that the student have their rights to know and access for their needs at college or work place.

To discuss and make a note of what provide from work place that match their needs (DDA).

To make a list of their needs that work place or college should provide to match DDA for their access.
